Common use of Amendments to Article III Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Article III. Article III of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended in accordance with Subparts 2.2.1 and 2.2.2. SUBPART 2.2.1. Clause (ii) of Section 3.2.1 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to read as follows:

Amendments to Article III. Article III of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended as set forth in accordance with Subparts 2.2.1 and 2.2.2this Subpart 2.3. SUBPART 2.2.12.3.1. Clause (ii) of Amendment to Section 3.2.1 3.3.3. Section 3.3.3 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to read as followsset forth below:

Clause (iib) of Section 3.2.1 3.1.2 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended in its entirety to read as followsby adding, at the end of the first sentence thereof, the following:

Clause (iib) of Section 3.2.1 3.1.1 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety to read as follows:
