Amendments to Defined Terms. (A) All references to the term “Commitment Shares” and to the term “Commitment Shares Stockholder Approval” in Sections (B), (E), (G), (I), and (K) of the Existing Agreement are amended and restated to mean the “Original Commitment Shares” and “Original Commitment Shares Stockholder Approval,” respectively. (B) The term “Commitment Shares” is amended and restated to mean the Original Commitment Shares and the Additional Commitment Shares.
