Amendments to Florida Public Service Commission Rules. 17.1 FPL and Customer recognize that the Florida Public Service Commission rules may be amended from time to time. In the event that Florida Public Service Commission rules are modified, FPL and Customer agree to supersede and replace this Interconnection Agreement with a new Interconnection Agreement which complies with the amended Florida Public Service Commission rules.
