Amendments To Municipal Code. 20 CITY shall provide written notice to CONTRACTOR of any planned amendment 21 to Chapter 9.10 of the San Xxxx Municipal Code that would substantially affect the 22 performance of CONTRACTOR’s services pursuant to this Agreement. Except where 23 such amendment is adopted as an urgency measure, such notice shall be provided at 24 least thirty (30) calendar days prior to the City Council’s approval of such an 25 amendment.
