Common use of Amendments to Noteholder Documents Clause in Contracts

Without the prior written consent of the ABL Lender, no Noteholder Document may be amended, supplemented or otherwise modified, and no new Noteholder Document may be entered into, to the extent such amendment, supplement or other modification or new document would contravene the provisions of this Intercreditor Agreement.
