Common use of Amendments to Original Credit Agreement Clause in Contracts

Subject to the terms and conditions set forth herein, the Original Credit Agreement (including the exhibits and schedules attached thereto) is hereby amended such that, after giving effect to all such amendments, the Credit Agreement shall read in its entirety as attached hereto as Exhibit A.
