Amendments to Promissory Note. The provisions of the Note indicated below are hereby amended as follows:
Amendments to Promissory Note. Section 1 of the Promissory Note is hereby amended by deleting it in its entirety and inserting the following in lieu thereof: “The principal amount of this promissory note shall be payable in lawful money of the United States on or prior to April 15, 2026 (the “Maturity Date”). All payments shall be applied first to accrued interest, and thereafter to principal. The outstanding principal amount of this promissory note plus all unpaid accrued interest shall be due and payable on an Event of Default (as defined below).”
Amendments to Promissory Note. A. Sections (B) AND (C) of the Promissory Note are hereby amended to revise the pricing grid as follows:

(a) The following legend is deemed affixed to the beginning of the Promissory Note: “THIS PROMISSORY NOTE (AND ALL PAYMENT AND ENFORCEMENT PROVISIONS HEREIN) (THE “PROMISSORY NOTE”) IS SUBJECT TO THE TERMS OF A SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT DATED AS OF JULY 3, 2013, BY AND AMONG PAYEE (AS DEFINED HEREIN), MAKER (AS DEFINED HEREIN) AND OXFORD FINANCE LLC (THE “SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT”). IN THE EVENT OF ANY INCONSISTENCY BETWEEN THIS NOTE AND THE SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT, THE TERMS OF THE SUBORDINATION AGREEMENT SHALL CONTROL.”
Amendments to Promissory Note. (a) The amount of the Commitment set forth in the beginning of the Promissory Note is hereby increased from $20,000,000 to $35,000,000.
Amendments to Promissory Note. The Note shall be amended by (i) deleting the date "December 31, 1999" wherever it appears therein and replacing it with "December 29, 2000," and (ii) deleting the date "September 30, 1999" where it appears therein and replacing it with "September 30, 2000."
