Common use of Amendments to Related Agreements Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Related Agreements. No Loan Party shall and no Loan Party shall permit any of its Subsidiaries to (i) amend, supplement, waive or otherwise modify any provision of any Related Agreement in a manner adverse to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders or which would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect; provided that any amendment, supplement, waiver or modification of any provision of any Related Agreement permitted pursuant to the terms of the Intercreditor Agreements shall not be considered adverse to the Administrative Agent or the Lenders or an amendment, supplement, waiver or other modification which would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect, or (ii) take or fail to take any action under any Related Agreement that would reasonably be expected to have a Material Adverse Effect.
