Common use of Amendments to Restricted Agreements Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Restricted Agreements. The Borrower shall not amend, modify or supplement any Restricted Agreement in any manner that would or is reasonably likely to adversely affect the Administrative Agent’s or any Lender’s interests under this Agreement and the other Financing Agreements to which Borrower is a party, without the Administrative Agent’s prior written consent. Within three (3) Business Days after entering into any non-adverse amendment, modification or supplement to any Restricted Agreement, the Borrower Agent shall deliver to the Administrative Agent a complete and correct copy of such amendment, modification or supplement.
