Amendments to Schedule 2. 01. Schedule 2.01 of the Existing Credit Agreement is hereby replaced with Schedule 2.01 attached hereto.
Amendments to Schedule 2. 1. From and after the Sixth Amendment Effective Date, Schedule 2.1 to the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and supplemented to add the information set forth on the Supplement to Schedule 2.1 attached as Annex B to this Sixth Amendment to reflect amendments pursuant to this Sixth Amendment. All other Schedules to the Credit Agreement shall not be modified or otherwise affected.
Amendments to Schedule 2. 1(a). On the date of any reduction in the Commitments of any Lender pursuant to this Section 2.6, Schedule 2.1(a) shall be deemed to be amended to reflect such reduction in the Committed Amount of such Lender and any change in the Commitment Percentage of such Lender and the Agent is authorized to record such reductions and changes in the Register
Amendments to Schedule 2. 1. On any person being deemed to be an Employee or not to be an Employee pursuant to Sections 2.10 or 2.11, Schedule 2.1 shall be deemed to be amended accordingly.
Amendments to Schedule 2. 9.1 Schedule 2 to the Contract (The Routes) shall be deleted in its entirety and replaced with Schedule 2 as set out in Annex 2 of this agreement.
Amendments to Schedule 2. 1.4. Schedule 2.1.4 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as set forth in Schedule 2.6 to this Amendment.
Amendments to Schedule 2. Schedule 2 of the Agreement is hereby amended and restated in its entirety in the form attached hereto as Exhibit A.
Amendments to Schedule 2. 1.4. Schedule 2.1.4 is hereby amended and restated in its entirety as set forth in Schedule 2.6 to this Amendment.
Amendments to Schedule 2. Rejected Executory Contracts and Unexpired Leases. Except as provided in section 6.3 below, the Debtor reserves the right, with the consent of the Requisite Consenting Lenders, to amend Schedule 2 to the Plan not later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Confirmation Hearing either to: (i) delete any executory contract or lease listed therein and provide for its assumption; or (ii) add any executory contract or lease to Schedule 2, thus providing for its rejection. The Debtor shall provide notice of any such amendment of such Schedule 2 to (i) the parties to the executory contract or lease affected thereby and (ii) the Requisite Consenting Lenders not later than fourteen (14) days prior to the Confirmation Hearing.
Amendments to Schedule 2. 1(A). Schedule 2.1(a) to the Existing 364-Day Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and a new schedule in the form of SCHEDULE 2.1(A) attached hereto is substituted therefor. SUBPART 3.8. AMENDMENTS TO SCHEDULE 5.12. Schedule 5.12 to the Existing 364-Day Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and a new schedule in the form of SCHEDULE 5.12 attached hereto is substituted therefor.
