Common use of AMENDMENTS TO SCHEDULE 5 Clause in Contracts

AMENDMENTS TO SCHEDULE 5. 3.1 Tables HF01, HF03 and HF04 in “Table 2.1 (Passenger Train Slots)” shall be deleted and replaced with the version set out as Appendix A to this Supplemental Agreement.

AMENDMENTS TO SCHEDULE 5. 3.1 Tables HF01, HF03 HF01 and HF04 HF02 in “Table 2.1 (Passenger Train Slots)” shall be deleted and replaced with the version set out as Appendix A to this Supplemental Agreement.

AMENDMENTS TO SCHEDULE 5. 3.1 Tables HF01, HF03 and HF04 in “Table 2.1 (Passenger Train Slots)” ) for Service Group HF04 shall be deleted and replaced with the version set out as Appendix A to this Supplemental Agreement.

AMENDMENTS TO SCHEDULE 5. 3.1 Tables HF01, HF03 and HF04 in “Table 2.1 (Passenger Train Slots)” ) for Service Groups HF01, HF02 and HF06 shall be deleted and replaced with the version versions set out as Appendix A to this Supplemental Agreement.
