Common use of AMENDMENTS TO SCHEDULE 5 Clause in Contracts

AMENDMENTS TO SCHEDULE 5. 3.1 HF01.1, HF01.2 and HF01.3 entries in Table 2.1 (Passenger Train Slots) shall be deleted and replaced with the version set out as Appendix A to this Supplemental Agreement.

AMENDMENTS TO SCHEDULE 5. 3.1 HF01.1, HF01.2 Tables HF01 and HF01.3 entries HF02 in “Table 2.1 (Passenger Train Slots) )” shall be deleted and replaced with the version set out as Appendix A to this Supplemental Agreement.

AMENDMENTS TO SCHEDULE 5. 3.1 HF01.1Tables HF01, HF01.2 HF03 and HF01.3 entries HF04 in “Table 2.1 (Passenger Train Slots) )” shall be deleted and replaced with the version set out as Appendix A to this Supplemental Agreement.
