Amendments to Section 2 of the Credit Agreement. The provisions of Section 2 of the Credit Agreement are hereby amended as follows:
Amendments to Section 2 of the Credit Agreement. Section 2 of the Credit Agreement is hereby deleted in its entirety and replaced with the following: "SECTION 2. AMOUNT AND TERMS OF TRANCHE D TERM COMMITMENTS
Amendments to Section 2 of the Credit Agreement. (a) The final sentence of Section 2.01(g) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by inserting the text “(such arrangements, the “Swingline Back-Stop Arrangements”)” immediately preceding the text “and (y) the Swingline Lender” appearing therein.
Amendments to Section 2 of the Credit Agreement. (a) Section 2.1 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the following clause from the second parenthetical clause of the first sentence of Section 2.1 of the Credit Agreement: “, and, together with the Continued Term Loans, ‘Amended Term Loans’”.
Amendments to Section 2 of the Credit Agreement. (a) Subsection 2.4 of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended (1) by adding immediately prior to the period at the end of the first sentence of paragraph (a) thereof, the following: PROVIDED, FURTHER, that, no Lender shall be required to make any Revolving Credit Loan if, after giving effect to the making of such Revolving Credit Loan, the Total Revolving Extensions of Credit at such time would exceed the Borrowing Base at such time. and (2) by adding thereto the following paragraph:
