Amended Term Sample Clauses

Amended Term. The term of the Original Agreement commenced on the Effective Date and is hereby extended through (insert new termination date) or the completion of the project, whichever occurs first, unless it is further extended by written mutual agreement between the parties, provided that the parties retain the right to terminate this Agreement as provided in Exhibit C to the Original Agreement.

Amended Term is hereby deleted in its entirety and is hereby replaced with the following:

Amended Term. The term of the Employment Agreement is extended through March 31, 2009, unless it is terminated earlier as provided therein.

Amended Term. The first sentence of Section 1 of the Employment ------------ Agreement is herewith deleted and replaced by the following: Continuing from January 1, 1997 and for a period through December 31, 1997 (subject to the provisions of paragraphs 8 and 9, relating to death and incapacity) (the "Term"), the Employer shall employ the Employee, and the Employee shall serve the Employer and perform the chief executive and administrative duties of President of the Employer, subject at all times to the general supervision and direction of the Board of Directors and the Executive Committee of the Board of Directors of the Employer.

Amended Term. The Term is amended to end on December 31, 2024, with two five-year Extension Options. Those Extension Options will be on the same terms as in the Lease (modified to be consistent with this Amendment).

The restrictive covenants in Section 9 hereof shall survive the termination of this Agreement. b. If on or before March 31, 2008, the Employee shall notify Caneum in writing that he is willing to negotiate in good faith with Caneum to enter into a new employment agreement, Caneum shall pay to Employee a bonus of $60,000, payable in cash or common stock of Caneum.

Amended Term. The term of this Contract, as amended, shall be for a period beginning January 1, 2023 and terminating on June 30, 2035, provided, however, that the CONTRACTOR shall be bound by, and fulfill all terms of, the original Contract between the parties dated July 1, 2013 until December 31, 2022.
