Common use of Amendments to Security and Access Procedures Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Security and Access Procedures. Purchaser reserves the right to amend and/or update its security and access requirements or procedures relative to the Project Site, including Schedule 14 (Security/Access Requirements), from time to time upon at least twenty-four (24) hours’ Notice to Seller, whereupon Schedule 14 (Security/Access Requirements) shall be deemed amended accordingly.
