System Installation. The Customer System must have been installed at the Premises in accordance with the installation requirements set forth in the System Qualifications and the Program, including, without limitation, a proper interconnection with Company’s power grid. Customer or its designee shall be solely responsible for the installation of the Customer System, including selecting a qualified installer and paying all installation costs and expenses.
System Installation. To qualify for participation in the Program, all Customer Systems shall be installed by or on behalf of Customer in accordance with the requirements set forth in Attachment A. Customer shall be solely responsible for the installation of the Customer System, including all costs and expenses associated therewith.
System Installation. The installed system must be in compliance with: a) IEEE 1547-2003, Standard for Interconnecting Distributed Resources with Electric Power Systems and b) all relevant articles of the 2005 National Electric Code (or subsequent revisions).
System Installation. EPC Contractor shall comply with the following:
5.1 Install System as per Plans and in accordance with NEC and Utility Interconnection Requirements listed on the utility’s website.
5.2 All conduit shall be installed per Electrical Code requirements, including but not limited to locations and quantity of supports and expansion joints.
5.3 All project equipment shall be installed and located in accordance with the Plans and manufacturer’s instructions and requirements.
5.4 Furnish and install all electrical, communication and building components necessary for the completion of the project, as per the Plans.
5.5 Record and take photos of all solar module pallet ID labels and packing slips delivered to Site. Do so within five
System Installation. Excalibur cannot guarantee how any Equipment, System or Services supplied will work with other equipment, systems or processes already used by the Customer unless a written specification of requirement is included in the Product Agreement.
System Installation. Each Customer System must have been installed at a Home by a qualified installer in accordance with the applicable installation requirements set forth in the System Qualifications and the Program. Builder or its designee shall be solely responsible for the installation of each Customer System, including selecting a qualified installer, and paying all associated installation costs and expenses.
System Installation. CONTRACTOR will coordinate with JWA as needed to provide the necessary requirements for the installation. JWA will be responsible for installation of the workstations. CONTRACTOR will install servers, communications, and infrastructure changes. JWA will provide high speed Internet access at the central site location and the CONTRACTOR will coordinate with applicable JWA staff, including Project Schedule, Implementation and Testing/Acceptance plans.
System Installation. Pictometry shall install a copy of the Licensed Products on storage media either provided by Licensee or purchased from Pictometry, as specified in Schedule A. With the assistance of Pictometry, the Licensee will install the Licensed Products from that media onto computers, including server computers. The Licensee will be responsible for assuring that the computer system being used for these purposes will satisfy the minimum system requirements set forth on Schedule A. Licensee and its Authorized Subdivisions (as provided in Section 2.3) may use and execute the Licensed Software for official purposes only.
System Installation. Customer and Global acknowledge their mutual intent to install the Services as soon as reasonably practicable, and in any event in accordance with the implementation schedule and milestones set forth in Exhibit A-1. Global will provide to Customer frequent updates as to the status of its installation efforts. Customer shall pay the conversion charges for such initial installation in accordance with Pricing Schedule B-2.
