Common use of Amendments to Subsection Clause in Contracts

Amendments to Subsection. 8.1. (a) Subsection 8.1(g) of the Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word "and" at the end of such subsection.

Amendments to Subsection. 8.17.3. (a) Subsection 8.1(g7.3(i) of the ---------------------------- Credit Agreement is hereby amended by deleting the word "and" immediately following the semicolon at the end of such subsection.
