Amendments to the Principal Agreement. 2.1 The Parties hereby agree to amend the Principal Agreement, and any amendments to the Principal Agreement, by replacing Clause 3.1 of the Principal Agreement in its entirety with the following: This Agreement shall come into force on the Effective Date and shall continue for a period of eighteen months (the “Term”) unless terminated earlier in accordance with the terms of this Agreement. Notwithstanding the foregoing, this Agreement may be extended by mutual written agreement of the Parties.
