Common use of Amendments to the Supplemental Agreement Clause in Contracts

Amendments to the Supplemental Agreement. The Parties shall update the provisions of the respective Supplemental Agreement if this is necessary due to a change in the processing operations themselves and/or as a result of a change or addition to the Services. In view of the obligations of the parties, it is the responsibility of the Controller to inform the Processor if it believes that the provisions of a Supplemental Agreement need to be updated. Notwithstanding the above, both parties shall regularly, but at least once a year, review whether the provisions of the Supplemental Agreement still correspond to the current processing operations.
