AMENDMENTS TO THIS AGREEMENT AND ITS DURATION. 10.1. This Agreement may only be amended or modified by numbered written addenda signed by both Contracting Parties. The provisions of Section § 558, Subsection 2 of the Civil Code shall not be applied.
