Common use of Amendments to this Declaration of Trust Clause in Contracts

Amendments to this Declaration of Trust. We may from time to time amend this declaration with the approval, if required, of the applicable taxation authorities as long as the amendment will not disqualify the Fund as a RRIF under the Tax Laws. We will give you thirty (30) days written notice of any amendment unless it is made for the purpose of satisfying a requirement imposed by the Tax Laws.
