Amendments with Consent of Members. In addition to any amendments otherwise authorized herein, this Agreement may be amended by the Manager with a Majority Vote of the Members.

In addition to any amendments otherwise authorized herein, this Agreement may be amended by the Manager Board of Managers with a Majority Vote Vote; provided, however, that any amendment that would treat a specific Member less favorably than another Member (in application but not in effect) shall require the vote of the Memberssuch adversely affected Member.
