This TWC grant award must be used in compliance with Section 507 of Public Law 103-333, the “Departments of Labor, Health and Human Services, and Education, and Related Agencies Appropriations Act of 1995,” which reads: Purchase of American-Made Equipment and Products – It is the sense of Congress that, to the greatest extent practicable, all equipment and products purchased with the funds made available in this Act should be American-Made.
