AMERICANS WITH DISABILITIES ACT; XXXXX CIVIL RIGHTS ACT; DISABLED PERSONS ACT. Lessee shall comply with all federal requirements established under 28 Code of Regulations, Part 36, Americans with Disabilities Act, and with all California State requirements established under Civil Code section 51 et seq., Xxxxx Civil Rights Act and Civil Code section 54 et seq., Disabled Persons Act, in order to make programs accessible to all participants and to provide equally effective communications. By signing this Lease, Lessee assures State it complies with the Federal and State statutes described above, prohibiting discrimination on the basis of disability. Lessee also assures State it complies with any applicable regulations and guidelines issued pursuant to the Federal and State statutes described above.
