CUSTODIAL AND TRASH. Lessee shall have or hire custodial services sufficient to maintain the Premises in a clean and well maintained condition. Lessee shall pick up trash and debris at Premises and deposit trash in trash bins provided by State. State shall, at its expense, arrange for trash disposal for the contents of Lessee as part of its regularly scheduled trash collection.
