AMERICORPS TERMS. The Kupu program participants that will be involved in Partner’s Project (each, a “Member”) are members of AmeriCorps, a federal program of the Corporation of National and Community Service. As such, the Agreement will be subject to the additional rules and regulations set forth in this Addendum, with respect to which compliance is required by AmeriCorps.
