AmeriGas Reporting Requirements. For so long as any Supported Debt is outstanding, AmeriGas shall furnish to the Support Provider: (a) within 120 days after the end of each calendar year, a certificate of the chief financial officer of the general partner of AmeriGas stating that as of the date thereof AmeriGas has complied with each of the covenants and agreements set forth herein applicable to it; (b) concurrently with providing such information to the lenders, agents or trustees in respect of any material indebtedness for borrowed money of AmeriGas or its subsidiaries, copies of any compliance certificates and notices of default, together with any attachments thereto, required pursuant to any such indebtedness; and (c) such other documents or information as the Support Provider may reasonably request relating specifically and primarily to the Supported Debt.

  • Reporting Requirements The Company, during the period when the Prospectus is required to be delivered under the 1933 Act or the 1934 Act, will file all documents required to be filed with the Commission pursuant to the 1934 Act within the time periods required by the 1934 Act and the 1934 Act Regulations.
