Common use of Amount and Approval Currency of the Loan Clause in Contracts

Amount and Approval Currency of the Loan. In accordance with this Contract, the Bank agrees to lend to the Borrower, and the Borrower accepts, a loan of up to the amount of thirty million Dollars (US$30,000,000), hereinafter the “Loan.”
