AMOUNT AND PURPOSE OF THE CREDIT FACILITY. 1.1 The Bank makes available to the Borrower a Borrowing Base Facility the credit amount of which actually available for drawdown is dependent on the periodically determined Borrowing Base, however limited to EUR 30,000,000.00 (in words: Euro thirty million) (the “Credit Commitment”).
AMOUNT AND PURPOSE OF THE CREDIT FACILITY. The Borrower has borrowed/continues to borrow from the Bank and the Bank has granted /continue to grant to the Borrower a Credit Facility as specified in the Schedule herein below and the borrower had agreed and consented to pay all and/or any sums as mentioned in the Schedule by way of principal, interest, penal charge, charges etc., in respect of the Facility availed. AMOUNT AND PURPOSE OF THE CREDIT FACILITY. 2.1. With regard to the terms and conditions of this Credit Agreement, BCA agrees to grant a Credit Facility to the DEBTOR in the form of the Time Loan Revolving Facility, with the principal not exceeding Rp.1,000,000,000,000.00 (one trillion Rupiah).
