Service of Notice. The notice of meeting referred to in Clause 11.3 may be given: (a) by delivering it personally to the Owner; (b) by sending it by post to the Owner at his last known address; or (c) by leaving it at the Owner’s Unit or depositing it in the letter box for that Unit.
Service of Notice. Notwithstanding anything to the contrary contained herein, all notices required or permitted hereunder shall be in writing. Any notice to be given hereunder shall be deemed to be served properly if served in any of the following modes: (a) personally, by delivering the notice to the Party on which it is to be served at that Party's address for service. Personally served notices shall be deemed to be received by the addressee when actually delivered as aforesaid, provided that such delivery shall be during normal business hours on any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday in Alberta. If a notice is not delivered on such a day or is delivered after the addressee's normal business hours, such notice shall be deemed to have been received by such Party at the commencement of the addressee's first business day next following the time of the delivery; or (b) by telecopier (or by any other like method by which a written message may be sent) directed to the Party on which it is to be served at the Party's address for service. A notice so served shall be deemed to be received by the addressee when actually received by it, if received within normal business hours on any day other than a Saturday, Sunday or statutory holiday in Alberta or at the commencement of the next ensuing business day following transmission if such notice is not received during such normal business hours.
Service of Notice. All notices and demands required or permitted by this Contract shall be in writing and shall be deemed to have been given properly when (1) sent by Certified Mail (postage fully prepaid) to the respective address below or to such other address as may be furnished by either party pursuant to this paragraph; (2) delivered personally to the parties to this Contract; or (3) if given by telefacsimile, when addressed and transmitted to the respective telefacsimile number as specified below or to such other address or telefacsimile number as may be furnished by either party to the other pursuant to this paragraph, and the appropriate confirmation of transmittal is received. Any party giving notice or demand by telefacsimile immediately shall send the other party a copy of such notice or demand by Certified Mail (postage fully prepaid) to the respective address below or to such other address as may be furnished by either party pursuant to this paragraph.
