AMOUNT AT RISK. The individual life reinsurance of Allianz Life shall be upon the yearly renewable term plan for the net amount at risk for which the Ceding Company has paid premiums. If the Ceding Company retains a portion of the risk, such retention shall be maintained unchanged except as allowed in Article XII.
