Common use of Amount Due Clause in Contracts

Amount Due. In exchange for each Member privilege set forth under the Agreement, Collaborator annually must pay to University a nonrefundable annual membership dues of $500. Collaborator is responsible for its own tax liability and must not hold University liable for any such tax.
