Payment Due. Payment for services provided by BellSouth, including disputed charges, is due on or before the next xxxx date. Information required to apply payments must accompany the payment. The information must notify BellSouth of Billing Account Numbers (BAN) paid; invoices paid and the amount to be applied to each BAN and invoice (Remittance Information). Payment is considered to have been made when the payment and Remittance Information are received by BellSouth. If the Remittance Information is not received with payment, BellSouth will be unable to apply amounts paid to Freedom’s accounts. In such event, BellSouth shall hold such funds until the Remittance Information is received. If BellSouth does not receive the Remittance Information by the payment due date for any account(s), late payment charges shall apply.

1.3.1 If the payment due date falls on a Sunday or on a Holiday that is observed on a Monday, the payment due date shall be the first non-Holiday day following such Sunday or Holiday. If the payment due date falls on a Saturday or on a Holiday which is observed on Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday, the payment due date shall be the last non-Holiday day preceding such Saturday or Holiday. If payment is not received by the payment due date, a late payment charge, as set forth in Section 1.5, below, shall apply.

Payment Due. Whenever this Agreement provides for billing, the agency receiving the xxxx has an obligation to pay. Once bills are received by the reimbursing agency, payment will be made in accordance with that agency’s payment processes outlined in the operating plan.
Payment Due. Xxxxxxxxx will deliver to Client invoices monthly. Payment will be due within 30 days after the date of the invoice describing the Services performed and expenses incurred during the preceding month.
