Common use of Amount of Administrative Costs Clause in Contracts

Amount of Administrative Costs. No more than three percent of the Grant funds actually disbursed pursuant to this Agreement for allowable expenditures may be used by the Grantee for its actual and reasonable administrative costs. The maximum amount of administrative costs under this Agreement shall not exceed Thirty Thousand Dollars and No Cents ($30,000.00).
