Amount of Annuity Benefit. The amount of the annuity benefit shall be based on: (a) the Account Value on the Annuity Commencement Date; (b) the form of annuity under which payment is to be made; (c) the age of the Participant and, if applicable, the joint annuitant; and (d) the purchase rates used to purchase the annuity option elected.

Amount of Annuity Benefit. Guaranteed Annuity Benefit payments will be based on [4% interest and the 1983 "a" Individual Annuity Mortality table, projected with modified Scale "G"]. The schedule in the Certificate shows the guaranteed purchase rates for the Initial Benefit Payment Date selected. Before the Initial Benefit Payment Date, Equitable will report annually the amount of payments to be provided at such Date. In addition, Equitable may from time to time increase the amount of the Annuity Benefit payments based on changes in its expectations as to future mortality and interest. Any such increase will be made on a uniform and non-discriminatory basis.

  • ANNUITY BENEFIT Payments under an Annuity Benefit will be made monthly. You may elect instead to have the Annuity Benefit paid at other intervals, such as every three months, six months, or twelve months, instead of monthly, subject to our rules at the time of your election or as otherwise stated in the Data Pages or any Endorsement attached hereto. This election may be made at the time the Annuity Benefit form as described in Section 8.04 is elected. In that event, all references in this Contract to monthly payments, with respect to the Annuity Benefit to which the election applies, will be deemed to mean payments at the frequency elected.

In the absence of any such beneficiary designation, any amount remaining unpaid at the Director's death shall be commuted on the basis of 6 percent per annum compound interest and shall be paid in a single sum to the executor or administrator of the Director's estate.

  • Life Annuity The monthly annuity shall be payable to the annuitant for as long as the annuitant lives, and shall end with the last monthly payment before the death of the annuitant.
