Common use of Amount of Base Equity Commitment Clause in Contracts

Amount of Base Equity Commitment. Each Equity Contributor irrevocably commits to provide to the Borrower, directly or indirectly, in accordance with Section 2.3.1, its share of the Aggregate Base Equity Commitment Balance in an amount determined by the following formula: (A * B) – C where A = such Equity Contributor’s Base Equity Percentage, B = the Aggregate Base Equity Amount, and C = the aggregate amount of such Equity Contributor’s prior Base Equity Contributions (excluding the amount of any Approved Pre-Closing Equity Credit). No Equity Contributor’s commitment under this Section 2.1.1 (its “Individual Base Equity Commitment Balance”) can be less than zero.
