Amount of Enhanced Access Fee for Purchase Application. The Enhanced Access Fee charged to persons/entities purchasing crash/accident reports through the Purchase Application shall be in an amount established by the Oakland County Board of Commissioners, Miscellaneous Resolution # 09182 and as subsequently amended by the Oakland County Board of Commissioners. Public Body shall receive one dollar ($1.00) of the Enhanced Access Fee collected for the purchase of each crash/accident report through the Payment Application.
