Common use of Amount of Funding Clause in Contracts

Amount of Funding. 2.1 Subject to the terms and conditions of this Agreement, DIAND shall transfer to the Recipient: (a) Set Contribution Funding (SET) in the following amounts: An amount of up to [/:ArrangementAmountYear1Alpha] dollars ($[/:ArrangementAmountYear1Numeric]) for Fiscal Year [/:FiscalYear_1]; An amount of up to [/:ArrangementAmountYear2Alpha] dollars ($[/:ArrangementAmountYear2Numeric]) for Fiscal Year [/:FiscalYear_2]; and An amount of up to [/:ArrangementAmountYear3Alpha] dollars ($[/:ArrangementAmountYear3Numeric]) for Fiscal Year [/:FiscalYear_3].
