Common use of Amount of Instalments Clause in Contracts

Amount of Instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 13 equal consecutive quarterly instalments, each in the amount of $161,765 (each an "Instalment" and, together, the "Instalments") and a balloon instalment in the amount of $8,897,055 (the "Balloon Instalment") Provided that if the amount advanced is less than $11,000,000, the aggregate amount of the Instalments and the Balloon Instalment shall be reduced by an amount equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basis.";

Amount of Instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 13 16 equal consecutive quarterly instalments, each in the amount of $161,765 280,000 (each an "Instalment" and, together, the "Instalments") and a balloon instalment in the amount of $8,897,055 14,520,000 (the "Balloon Instalment") Provided that if the amount advanced is less than $11,000,00019,000,000, the aggregate amount of the Instalments and the Balloon Instalment shall be reduced by an amount equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basis.";

Amount of Instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 13 loan by: (i) 20 equal consecutive quarterly instalments, each in the amount of $161,765 2,500,000 (each an "InstalmentInstalment " and, together, the "InstalmentsInstalments "); and (ii) and a balloon instalment in the amount of $8,897,055 50,00,000 (the "Balloon InstalmentInstalment ") Provided that that, if the amount advanced in respect of the Advance is less than $11,000,000, the Maximum Advance Amount the aggregate amount of the Instalments and the Balloon Instalment shall be reduced by an amount equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basis.";

Amount of Instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 13 by: (a) 24 equal consecutive quarterly instalments, each in the amount of $161,765 1,330,000 (each an "Instalment" and, together, the "Instalments"); and (b) and together with the last instalment, a balloon instalment in the amount of $8,897,055 73,080,000 (the "Balloon Instalment") ), Provided that that, if the amount of the Loan advanced is less than $11,000,000105,000,000, the aggregate amount of the Instalments each Instalment and the Balloon Instalment shall be reduced by an amount equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basis.";

Amount of Instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 13 by: (i) 17 equal consecutive quarterly instalments, each in the amount of $161,765 382,500 (each an "“Instalment" ” and, together, the "“Instalments"”); and (ii) and a balloon instalment in the amount of $8,897,055 8,797,500 (the "“Balloon Instalment") ”), Provided that that, if the amount of the Loan advanced is less than $11,000,00015,300,000, the aggregate amount of the Instalments and the Balloon Instalment shall be reduced by an amount equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basis.";

Amount of Instalments. The Borrower Borrowers shall repay the Loan by 13 equal by: (a) 24 consecutive quarterly instalmentsinstalments (each an “Instalment” and, together the “Instalments”) each in the amount of $161,765 900,000; and (each an "Instalment" and, together, the "Instalments"b) and a balloon instalment in the amount of $8,897,055 32,400,000 (the "“Balloon Instalment") ”), Provided that if the amount advanced is less than $11,000,000, the aggregate amount of the Instalments Loan drawn down is less than $54,000,000 each Instalment and the Balloon Instalment shall will be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basisamount.";

The Borrower Borrowers shall repay the Loan by 13 Advance by: (i) 8 equal consecutive quarterly instalments, each in the amount of $161,765 5,375,000 (each an "“Instalment" ” and, together, the "“Instalments"”); and (ii) and together with the last Instalment, a balloon instalment in the amount of $8,897,055 97,000,000 (the "“Balloon Instalment") ”), Provided that that, if the amount advanced is less than $11,000,000140,000,000, the aggregate amount of the Instalments and the Balloon Instalment shall be reduced by an amount equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basis.";

The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 13 by: (a) 20 equal consecutive quarterly instalments, each in the amount of $161,765 860,000 (each an "“Instalment" ” and, together, the "“Instalments"”); and (b) and a balloon instalment in the amount of $8,897,055 21,300,000 (the "“Balloon Instalment") ”), Provided that that, if the amount of the Loan advanced is less than $11,000,00038,500,000, the aggregate amount of the Instalments each Instalment and the Balloon Instalment shall be reduced by an amount equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basis.";

Amount of Instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 13 equal by: (a) consecutive quarterly instalmentsinstalments (each an “Instalment” and, together, the “Instalments”) each in the amount of $161,765 337,500; and (each an "Instalment" and, together, the "Instalments"b) and a balloon instalment in the amount of $8,897,055 11,900,000 (the "“Balloon Instalment") ”), Provided that if the amount advanced is less than $11,000,000, the aggregate amount of the Instalments Loan drawn down is less than $20,000,000 each Instalment and the Balloon Instalment shall will be reduced pro rata by an amount in aggregate equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basisamount.";

Amount of Instalments. The Borrower shall repay the Loan by 13 by: (a) 4 equal consecutive quarterly instalments, each in the amount of $161,765 846,000 (each an "“Instalment" ” and, together, the "“Instalments"”); and (b) and a balloon instalment in the amount of $8,897,055 28,416,000 (the "“Balloon Instalment") ”), Provided that that, if the amount of the Loan advanced is less than $11,000,00031,800,000, the aggregate amount of the Instalments and the Balloon Instalment shall be reduced by an amount equal to the undrawn amount on a pro rata basis.";
