Common use of Amount of Levelized Security Clause in Contracts

Amount of Levelized Security. The total amount of the Levelized Security required by Section 8.3.1 shall be the amount set forth in Exhibit 8.3.2 for each calendar year. On or before the Commercial Operation Date, Seller shall provide the Levelized Security for the applicable calendar year as set forth in Exhibit 8.3.2. Thereafter and throughout the term of the Agreement, Seller shall maintain throughout the applicable calendar year the Levelized Security amount set forth in Exhibit 8.3.2.

Amount of Levelized Security. The total amount of the Levelized Security required by Section 8.3.1 8.4.1 shall be the amount set forth in Exhibit 8.3.2 G for each calendar year. On or before the Commercial Operation Effective Date, Seller shall provide the Levelized Security for the applicable first partial and full calendar year of the Term as set forth in Exhibit 8.3.2. G. Thereafter and throughout the term of the AgreementTerm, Seller shall maintain throughout the applicable calendar year the Levelized Security amount set forth in Exhibit 8.3.2.G.
