Facility Images. Buyer shall be free to use any and all images from or of the Facility for promotional purposes. Upon Xxxxx’s request and at Buyer’s expense, Seller shall install equipment as Buyer may request, including without limitation video and or web-based imaging equipment. Buyer shall use its discretion with respect to how images from or of the Facility are presented by Xxxxx, including without limitation associating images of the Facility with Buyer’s corporate logo but not the corporate logo of Seller.

Facility Images. PacifiCorp shall be free to use any and all images from or of the Facility for promotional purposes, subject to Seller's consent (not to be unreasonably withheld or delayed, and which consent may consider Requirements of Law relating to Premises security, obligations to outside vendors (including any confidentiality obligations), and the corporate policies of Seller's Affiliates). Upon PacifiCorp's request and at PacifiCorp's expense, Seller shall install imaging equipment at the Facility as PacifiCorp may request, including video and or web-based imaging equipment subject to the prudent safety requirements of Seller, and Requirements of Law relating to workplace health and safety.   • Facility Access Notwithstanding any other provision of the Agreement, the Customer shall provide the Authority with such access to the Facility, and such documentation, as the Authority deems necessary to determine the Customer’s compliance with the Customer’s Supplemental Commitments specified in this Schedule B.

Any features that are not currently available but are technically feasible through the switch can be requested through the BFR/NBR process.
