Amount of Retention Bonus. The Retention Bonus shall be 10,000 shares of the outstanding common stock of the Company (“Shares”). Subject to Section 3 below, the Retention Bonus will be distributed in a lump sum in Shares as soon as practicable after the Retention Date.
