Vacation Bonus. In addition to pay for the above, there shall be an additional payment of $200.00 for every week of vacation entitlement to be known as vacation bonus. Employees will receive the vacation bonus in the first pay period in June of each year. The vacation bonus payments will be included as a pensionable earning.
Vacation Bonus. In addition to the normal vacation pay provided by Section 15:05, a vacation bonus for certain employees will be established on May 1st of each year when vacation leaves are established, assuming that all such vacation leaves will be paid for on the basis of wage rates then in effect. The bonus will be paid in a lump sum on the pay day prior to July 1st in each year except that any employees who take vacation subsequent to May 1st and prior to July 1st may request their vacation bonus upon one week of advance notice. On retirement or termination, vacation bonus payout will be prorated based on the employee’s VCD. 5 Relevant work experience of one year or more is required to receive this credit. 6 Relevant work experience of two years or more is required to receive this credit.
Vacation Bonus. For employees who are PPTs at April 1, 2013, in addition to the normal vacation pay provided by Section 10.03, a vacation bonus for certain employees will be established on May 1st of each year when vacation leaves are estab‑ lished assuming that all such vacation leaves will be paid for on the basis of wage rates then in effect. This bonus will be available for payment in a lump sum at the same time as the payout for personal leave credits based on an 8 hour day. In locations where a shortage of work is predicted, em‑ ployees may be scheduled to take time off rather than the payment of cash vacation bonus by mutual agreement with the Local Union. On May 1st a vacation bonus will be established for those who have three (3) or more years of seniority on that date. The amount of the vacation bonus is to be 20% of the nor‑ mal vacation pay, with a minimum of one (1) week’s pay for those regular employees who had twenty (20) years or more of seniority. If taken in time, the vacation bonus will be scheduled by the employee with prior notice according to the needs of the operation.
Vacation Bonus. A Letter of Agreement not to be part of the Collective Agreement and not to be arbitrable to provide for the following employees that there shall be an annual vacation bonus to be granted equal to 50% of the annual unused sick leave, the bonus not to exceed 5 days, and not to be charged against the sick leave bank. That is, an employee who cashes in 10 days of unused sick leave and gets a 5 day vacation bonus will have 10 days credited to the bank. The employees are:
