Common use of Amount of Waiver Clause in Contracts

Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as Xxxxx Capital remains the fund manager of the Fund, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.07% off of its investment advisory fee for the Fund.

Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as Xxxxx Capital Xxxxxxx remains the fund manager of the Fund, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.070.02% off of its investment advisory fee for the Fund.

Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as Xxxxx Capital XXX remains the fund portfolio manager of the Fund, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.070.05% off each breakpoint of its investment advisory fee for the Fund.

Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as Xxxxx Capital XXX remains the fund manager of the Fund, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.070.02% off of its investment advisory fee for the Fund.

Amount of Waiver. During the term of this Agreement, for so long as Xxxxx Capital Xxxxx remains the fund portfolio manager of the Fund, the Adviser hereby agrees to waive 0.070.09% off each Break Point of its investment advisory fee for the Fund.
