Amount of Sick Leave. Employees shall be granted sick leave on the basis of one and one-half (1 1/2) days per month of service in a continuing appointment, at the F.T.E. of current appointment. If in any one year employees have not used their sick leave, or only a portion thereof, it shall accrue to their credit for future use and benefits.
Amount of Sick Leave. (a) Each employee in the bargaining unit shall accumulate sick leave credits at the rate of one and one- quarter (1¼) days per month for each calendar month of continuous employment up to a maximum credit of two hundred and forty (240) working days.

Amount of Sick Leave. Sick leave shall be earned by employees on the basis of one and one-half (1 ½) days for every month of service. While an employee will accrue sick bank benefits during her probationary period, usage of these credits shall be restricted to the period following completion of probation. An employee shall be entitled to an accrual of all the unused portion of sick leave to a maximum of one hundred and thirty-eight (138) days.
Amount of Sick Leave. Employees accumulate sick leave at the rate of twelve (12) hours per one hundred and seventy-three (173) regular hours paid, up to a maximum accumulation of one hundred and forty-four (144) hours in a calendar year and to a maximum accumulation of one thousand (1,000) hours.
Amount of Sick Leave. Sick leave shall be earned at the rate of one and one quarter days for each full month that an employee is employed.
Amount of Sick Leave. After two (2) months' employment, a full-time employee shall be entitled to one and one-half (1½) days sick leave with pay for each calendar month worked; such sick leave to be cumulative from year to year. Further sick leave with pay, within any yearly period shall be left to the discretion of the Sick Bank Committee. In cases where the Employer has reason to suspect abuse, an employee may be required to produce a certificate from a medical practitioner for any illness, certifying that they were unable to carry out their duties due to illness. The Employer shall pay the cost, if any, providing that the employee provides a receipt.
Amount of Sick Leave a. An employee commencing employment during the first 15 days of the month shall earn one working day, and an employee commencing employment on or after the 16th day of the month shall earn one-half (½) working day for said month. Thereafter, sick leave with pay shall accrue to any full-time employee on the basis of one working day per month during the remainder of the first calendar year of employment, and 15 working days in every following calendar year, pursuant to N.J.A.C.
Amount of Sick Leave. In no event will an employee be entitled to more than six (6) days paid sick leave per May 1st of each year.
Amount of Sick Leave. Full-time employees shall earn sick leave at the rate of 0.83 days per month of service up to a maximum of ten (10) days paid sick leave per calendar year. Up to a maximum of five (5) days of accrued but unused sick leave may be carried over to the following calendar year. An employee’s sick leave bank may not exceed a total of fifteen (15) days at any time. Unused sick leave shall have no cash value whatsoever and shall not be paid out on termination of employment.
Amount of Sick Leave. Sick leave shall be granted on the basis of two (2) days for every month of service accumulative up to one hundred and twenty (120) working days maximum. Effective on and from September 1, 2012, a day shall accumulate based upon the Employees’ regular and recurring work hours (inclusive of additional hours worked performing duties such as lunch and bus supervision as may be included in the Full Time Equivalency of the Employee as provided by the Applicable Administrator).
