Common use of Amounts due to Commonwealth Clause in Contracts

Amounts due to Commonwealth. (a) Without limiting any other of the Commonwealth's rights or remedies, any amount owed or payable to the Commonwealth (including by way of refund), or which the Commonwealth is entitled to recover from the Recipient, under this Agreement will be recoverable by the Commonwealth as a debt due and payable to the Commonwealth by the Recipient.
