Common use of Amounts Due Clause in Contracts

Amounts Due. Notwithstanding any other provision of this Deed, all amounts owing under the Fourth Issuer Secured Obligations shall be deemed to have become due for the purposes of Section 101 of the 1925 Act and (to the extent applicable) the statutory power of sale and of appointing a Receiver which are conferred on the Security Trustee under the 1925 Act (as varied or extended by this Deed) only (and for no other purpose) and all other powers shall be deemed to arise immediately after execution of this Deed but shall only become enforceable in accordance with CLAUSE 8.2 (Enforceable) above. For the avoidance of doubt, the Security Trustee shall not be required to have regard to the interests of the Fourth Issuer in the exercise of its rights, powers, authorities, discretions and remedies under this Deed.
