Amounts of Conversions. All or any part of the outstanding Eurodollar Loans may be converted as provided herein, provided that any conversion of such Eurodollar Loans shall not result in a Borrowing of Eurodollar Loans in an amount less than $500,000 and in integral multiples of $100,000.
