Amounts Owed to the Federal Government. The Indian Tribe agrees to return to the Federal Government: (1) Any excess Federal payments it receives for disallowed costs, (2) Any amounts it recovers from third parties or other sources, and (3) Any penalties, interest, and administrative charges required by Section 9.l of this Tribal Transit Program Master Agreement.
