Amounts Payable Upon Termination. Upon termination of the Employee's employment with the Company in accordance with Section 7.1, all monies owed the Employee, other than Severance Pay obligations, if any, will become immediately payable, and all compensation and benefits under this Agreement with the exception of Severance Pay will cease, effective the date of termination.
