Common use of An employee who transfers to a different position at the request of the Employer Clause in Contracts

An employee who transfers to a different position at the request of the Employer. shall not suffer a reduction in salary. Future salary adjustments will be determined by the position of the employee’s salary in the salary range for the new position. When an employee transfers to a lower level position at her/his own request he/she will be paid at her/his present salary or the step closest to the midpoint of the salary range of the lower position, whichever is less.
